Terms of service
Version 3 October 2026. Where a signed contract or order form says something different, that document governs.
1. The parties
Provider: ATK New Technology One Member Company Limited, tax code 0110935486, No. 1, Lane 454 Xuan Dinh Road, Xuan Dinh Ward, Hanoi, Vietnam. Contact: support@atkvn.com. Customer: the organisation that buys a licence or a report.
2. What we sell
Software licences. VPQ Audit is software you install and run on your own infrastructure. A licence is non-exclusive and non-transferable, for the edition, term, users and hosts stated in your licence key, and includes updates released during that term and support by email. The software licence terms apply.
PQC Readiness Audit. A 30-day licence plus one review of the resulting report by an ATK analyst, delivered by email.
External Exposure Report. We scan up to 10 public hostnames you give us, from outside, reading only what any client receives in a TLS handshake, and send you the report and a CycloneDX CBOM. We do not scan hostnames in Vietnam.
3. Your responsibilities
You run VPQ Audit only against systems and captures you own or are authorised to assess, and you give us only hostnames you own or are authorised to test. You may not resell, sublicense or redistribute the software except under a partner agreement.
4. Limitation of liability
VPQ Audit reports what it observes; it does not guarantee that your systems are secure or meet any standard. Our liability in any case does not exceed the amount you paid for the licence or report giving rise to the claim, and neither party is liable for indirect loss, lost profit or data loss.
5. Online orders
Orders placed through Paddle checkout are conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for those orders and handles their customer service inquiries and returns. Orders paid through PayPal or by invoice are sold by ATK directly; ATK handles their customer service and refunds.
6. Changes, termination, governing law
Changes to these terms are notified at least 30 days in advance. Either party may end a subscription at the close of its paid term. Vietnamese law governs unless the specific contract says otherwise; disputes go to good-faith negotiation first.
